Brianna Brown is a Gaylord News Washington D.C. Correspondent for the Spring 2023 semester. Brianna is from Ardmore, OK, and is projected to graduate in May of 2023 with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Spanish.
On campus, Brianna has been involved with Gaylord News In-Depth and is a member of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority Inc.
Off campus, Brianna is a part-time multimedia journalist with KTEN, working at the Ardmore, OK bureau based out of Sherman, TX. Brianna is also a journalist intern for Generation Why, a non-profit based in OKC raising awareness for mental health in youth through pop culture.
Brianna has a strong interest in TV News, reporting, producing, and anchoring. She enjoys reporting most on community efforts/underrepresented communities and tribal relations.
