Their approach is to be compatible with the neighborhood. Midway blends in as it provides delicious meals. The deli plans to join the University of Oklahoma as OU expands to the Southeastern Conference. Midway is also expanding, but the neighborhood feel isn’t going anywhere.
Owner Bob Thompson owns property next to Midway, so they’ll be ready for the SEC rush. They’ll have additional seating to handle more customers as they look to continue their winning ways.
